Students can obtain a transcript/certificate copy by filling out the form in the link below:

Students can also obtain verification reports online in their student portal, such as student schedules, attendance reports, unofficial transcripts, progress reports, and completion evaluation reports.

The release of personal information that is not considered directory information requires a release form signed by the student per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
