Southwest Café

The café is run by our Culinary Arts Program, under the supervision of their faculty. It is located inside the College’s Main Campus, located at
757 W 800 S, Cedar City, Utah. Daily menu items change seasonally. Weekly specials help to spice up your selection for the week!

Southwest Café is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for lunch. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for our weekly menu text messages: text SWCAFE to (833) 654-2436.

Breakfast Menu

Southwest Cafe Breakfast Menu. The Breakfast Menu is: Egg & Cheese Sandwich is $5 (Cheddar or Havarti Cheese. Add Sausage or bacon for $1.50), Avocado Toast (includes avocado, boiled egg, olive oil, salt and pepper on sourdough toast) for $4, Hard-boiled eggs are $2.50, fruit cup is $3, Assorted pastries (baked fresh) are $3. Coffee Options are: Drip coffee - regular (12 ounces) is $2.50, and large (20 ounces) is $3, Latte - Regular (12 Oz) is $4, Latte - large (20 Oz) is $4.50, Cappuccino- regular (12 Oz) is $4, Cappuccino - large (20 Oz) is $4.50, Plain espresso shot is $0.75, Flavors (Vanilla, Caramel, hazelnut is $0.75, alternative milk (oat milk) is $0.50. Drink options are: fountain drinks - small for $1.50, medium for $2.00, and large for $2.50. Bottled water is $2.50, bottles are $2.50, Starbucks Frappuccino is $4, pressed juice is $5, pressed juice shots is $3.50, Creamery Milk is $2.50.

Lunch Menu

Southwest Cafe Lunch Menu for the week of January 12, 2026. Lunch Hours for the cafe are Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. The Daily Menu is: Chicken Salad sandwich (chicken salad on sourdough, with a pickle & fries) for 8 dollars. Chicken Finger Basket (Served with fries) for 8 dollars. Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich (grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, Havarti cheese, & ranch on ciabatta, served with/ a pickle & fries) for 8 dollars. Classic Cheeseburger (American cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo, served with a pickle spear and fries) for 8 dollars. A Small Basket of fries is $2.50. A basket of fries costs $ 5. Cheese Curds are 8 dollars. Deep-fried cheese curds are $5. Weekly specials include: Peppercorn Steak with bacon-wrapped asparagus (Gluten-Free) for $14, Patty Melt, served w/ fries for $8, To go sandwich (Chicken Salad sandwich-chicken salad served on white bread) for $4, Strawberry Short Cake for $4, Chocolate Chip Cookie for $2.50. Drink options are: fountain drinks - small for $1.50, medium for $2.00, and large for $2.50. Drip coffee - regular (12 ounces) is $2.50, and large (20 ounces) is $3. Bottled water is $1.50. Bottled juice is $5, a bottled wellness shot is $3.50, bottled Starbucks coffee is $ 4, and all other bottled drinks are $2.50. Extra sauce is 50 cents.
