The Plumbing Apprenticeship program is designed to prepare you for a career as a journeyman plumber. This four-year program is practical and to the point. Each year covers two required sessions, which include classroom and practical instruction. Students will concentrate on learning the skills necessary to pass the state journeyman test successfully.

All classes are taught in the evening, allowing you to work for a licensed plumber during regular working hours. Students must be employed as apprentice plumbers and have or are in the process of obtaining an apprentice plumbing license before enrollment.  For more information on journeyman licensing and required work hours, please visit Utah’s licensing website.

Total Cost: $3,571.00
Average Cost Per Year: $892.75

Start Dates: Every Fall (August)

Program Length: 24 Credit Hours (6 credits per year, over 4 years)

Location: Automotive & Tech Building (510 W 800 S, Cedar City)
