Take your welding skills to the next level by enrolling in the Production Welder Program at Southwest Technical College. As a student of welding, you will learn various skills, such as shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding of steel and aluminum, gas shielded flux-cored arc welding, oxygen-fuel welding, cutting & brazing, and plasma & carbon air arc cutting. This program is just the beginning of a profession that will keep both your mind and body moving. The program consists of instructor-assisted labs and course work.
Cost: $6,023.00

Program Length: 26 Credit Hours
(This program can be completed in approximately 15 months, based on enrollment of 15 hours per week. If possible, students are encouraged to enroll in more hours per week to graduate faster.)
