Southwest Technical College is pleased to offer a 6-part Resiliency Skills course designed to build essential skills for personal growth and resilience. Each session, lasting 45-60 minutes, will cover vital topics including Values-Based Goal-Setting, Identifiying Your Strengths, Physical Resilience, Mindfulness, Balanced Thinking, and Practicing Gratitude. The course employs a blend of slides, lectures, worksheets, and group discussions to create engaging and interactive sessions. Classes will be held weekly over a 6-week period. This program provides an excellent opportunity for community and business members to enhance their resilience and overall well-being.
