Positions & Pay

• Welder-in-Training: Starting at $20.00/hour

• Certified Welder: Starting at $23.00/hour

Both positions are evaluated after 90 days, with the opportunity for a $1.00/hour wage increase based on performance.

Welding Skills & Experience Desired

According to our Welding Supervisor, ideal candidates may have experience or interest in the following:

• D1.1 welding standards (preferred)

• MIG Flux-Core welding

• Laser welding

• TIG welding (a plus)
