Qualifications
- Customer service orientation/cheerful
- Current Certification with Utah Nursing Assistant Registry
- Reliable transportation/auto insurance and valid driver license
- A current TB test, CPR card, driver’s license, and automobile insurance
- Must complete a criminal background check and drug screen on hire

Responsibilities
- Help patients with basic needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
- Take patient’s vital signs and report to Case Manager
- Observe patient’s condition and report changes to Case Manager
- Provide comfort care as needed
- Provide light housekeeping services
