Responsibilities

• Working under general supervision, the Delivery Route Driver focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by promptly picking up and dropping off packages and customer orders at FedEx Office
• They ensure shipments adhere to FedEx service requirements while offering customer support services
• Responsibilities are fulfilled by driving a company vehicle and making sure that routine servicing and cleaning of vehicles are accomplished
• The dispatcher has the capability to adjust the stops on the courier’s route as required, with route information being provided centrally
• Secure the timely and safe shipment of packages to customers in a designated city or region, as per predefined delivery schedules
• Safely load, unload, and transport packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are handled properly to prevent any harm
