Most small business owners overlook the power of strategic thinking, but it is essential they spend time planning on a regular basis. In this session, we will introduce participants to Porter’s 5 forces for industry analysis, and the importance of identifying a company’s competitive advantage.
About the entire Leadership Series

Each 1.5-hour session is designed for 6 to 20 participants. Sessions will be highly interactive and will typically feature instructor-led content for discussion, book and article excerpts, small-group breakout discussions, case studies, role playing, etc. All classes are on the 3rd Thursday of the month, and start at 7:30 am.
